Prices

Peak (17 Dec – 31 Jan): 7 night minimum stay – $1,950/week – guests must rent both the Cottage and Boathouse during the peak period.
Off-Peak (1 Feb – 16 Dec): 2 night minimum stay – $195/night – book for 7 nights and receive 10% off the advertised weekly price (excluding Jan and Dec).

Note: Linen and towels are not included in this price. If required, quality bed and bath linen can be provided for the following fee:
1-2 people: $40 per stay
Each additional person: $20 per stay

For larger groups such as 2 families, both the Cottage and Boathouse can be rented at the same time. Please enquire as discounts will be offered for a combined booking of both. Please note that the Boathouse will not be rented to other guests if you choose to only rent the Cottage – same applies in reverse.
